FORMS TO HELP YOU
AT HOME

The "Files" section on the right-hand side of this page lists forms that will be useful to you at home:

Change of Information. Anytime your address, employer, phone numbers or contact information changes, please let the office know immediately. In case of an emergency with your child, we must be able to contact you as soon as possible.

Transportation Change. Complete this form and send it to school with your child when you expect a change in the way your child will go home from school.

Absence Notes. Fill in the blanks on this form for a parent note explaining an absence. Up to 3 days per 9 weeks may be excused by parent note. After that, the student must have a note from the doctor before an absence will be excused.

Early Dismissal. School dismissing at an earlier time than usual, may change the plans you have for your child's afternoon. Use this form to update your information.

TRAFFIC - MORNING DROP-OFF!

Please remember:
  • Children should get out of the car on the passenger side so that they are not walking in front of cars.
  • Children should be ready to get out of the car when you pull up to the drop-off point, When it takes several minutes for a child to get out of the car, that makes others late.
  • Classes begin at 7:50 and a faculty/staff member will stand outside at the drop-off point until that time. If the faculty/staff member is not standing outside, please park your car and walk your child inside to the office.

Stevi B's FUNDRAISER

Stevi B's is sponsoring a fundraiser for WVES all this school year. They will donate $1 for every person eating at the restaurant as follows:

EARLY DISMISSAL

With winter fast approaching, the chances of bad weather arriving during the school day increase. We know that school dismissing at an earlier time than usual, may change the plans you have for your child's afternoon.

Please make sure that your child's teacher knows where your child should go in the event of school dismissing early. You may go to the "FILES" section in the right-hand column of this page and select "Early Dismissal" to access a form to be completed and sent to school.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

It is very important that we be able to contact you in the event that your child becomes sick or has an accident. Please make sure that WVES has your current contact information.

You may phone or email the school with that information as changes occur or you may go to the "FILES" section in the right-hand column of this page and select "Change or Address" to access a form to be completed and sent to school.

Remember to put your child's names in all jackets, sweaters, lunch boxes, etc. to help get those items returned to their proper owners!
LOST & FOUND items are located in the office.  Come by today to look for your child's items!
